Expert at the Centre of Analyses of the Jagiellonian Club and Fundacja Republikańska, cooperates with the Nowa Konfederacja magazine. Architect and urban planning historian, specializing in the history of building code, urban regulations as well as revitalisation and landmarks restoration. Member of the National Chamber of Polish Architects (IARP) , Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers, Polish National Committee of ICOMOS UNESCO and the Congress for the New Urbanism. Author of numerous urbanist , acrhitectural and restoratory projects. Co-author of the revitalisation projects in Lodz and Zgierz. Since 1997 lecturer at the Lodz Unjiversity of Technology at the Institute of Architecture and Urban Planning and International Faculty of Engineering. Fulbright fellow at the School of Architecture, University of Miami (2013-2014).
