Marcin Gorski

Director of Legal and Organizational Department, City of Lodz Office. Lawyer specialising in the European Law. In 2006 received his Ph.D. at the Jean Monnet Chair Of European Constitutional Law of the University of Lodz. Assistant Professor at the Department of the European Constitutional Law at the University of Lodz, lecturer at the National School of Public Administration in Warsaw and at the European Institute in Lodz.
