Peter Pomerantsev

British journalist, film director, producer of Russian heritage. Born in the UK to Russian émigré parents, spent almost a decade in Moscow working as a TV producer, making documentaries and reality shows for Russian audiences. After graduation he moved back to Moscow where he lived for nine years. He moved back to London in 2010. He cooperates with the London Review of Books. His works have been published in the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, Foreign Policy, Daily Beast, Newsweek and Atlantic Monthly, as well as on the NewYorker.com. website.
