Radoslaw Stepien
Vice President – First Deputy of the President of the Management Board of the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. In 1991 he started work at the Ministry of Ownership Transformation in Lodz. Later he became the head of the strategy department of Łódź City Hall. From 1999 until 2003 he was the vice-president of the board and the head of the corporate insurance department in a brokerage group. In 2003 he became the head of the marketing and international cooperation department at the Lodz Voivodship Marshall Office. He also held a number of managerial positions in commercial companies. In November 2007 Cezary Grabarczyk, the then Minister of Infrastructure, appointed him as the head of his political cabinet. Radoslaw Stepien later became the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure, and in November 2011 he was appointed as the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Transportation, Construction and Sea Economy. Since March 2012 he has been the vice-president of the City of Lodz and since 2009 he has been a member of BGK’s supervisory board.
