Polish economist, since 2002 the President of the board of the Association of Employers-Producers of Materials for the Construction Industry – advisory body by the General Office of Building Control. President of the executive committee of the Investors Conference (until 2010), co-author of the amendment to the “VAT tax refund” act . Expert at the Parliamentary Infrastructure Commission (2001-2010). In the years 1986-2001 cooperated with the Polish banking sector – he was a member of the team working on the Banking System Reform as an adviser to the President of the National Bank of Poland (NBP). Expert in housing, author of numerous publications and lectures on the construction materials, spatial and housing policy, including types of financing. Member of the Council of the Foundation for Banking Education and Research, member of the State Certifying Board for property management. Social adviser for housing to the former deputy Prime Minister prof. Leszek Balcerowicz.
